Shipping: Please allow all domestic orders 3-5 business days to ship and 15-17 business days for international orders. Please note that during holidays orders could be delayed. We highly recommend placing your order in ahead of time. Once the package has left our office with a tracking number and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent to you we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling
by carrier, or undelivered addresses. Undelivered addresses include incorrect address, refused, or return to sender. Any address mistakes can cause a processing delay. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and ship to address.
