Please contact us by phone 24 hours before the start of your appointment if you may need to cancel or reschedule. Any person that has not given the correct cancellation protocol is subject to a fee of $50. This amount will not go towards any future services.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. This fee does not go towards any services.



We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once package has been scanned in with the carrier, the carrier is now responsible for delivering your package. If your package says “delivered” but you never received your package it is your responsibility to contact the carrier. Also please notify us of this, we will work hard on our end to help locate your package by opening up a investigation. If we find that any scam activity has taken place legal action will be taken. You are sent a tracking number once your items are shipped. Please retain this tracking numbers for your records. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
